At Mostly 3D, each item is made-to-order and uniquely crafted with care. As a result, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement:

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

A description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we’ll either:

Issue a replacement item at no additional cost, or

Offer store credit, at our discretion.

Note: We do not offer refunds for minor imperfections typical of 3D printed items, such as slight layer lines or surface texture. These are part of the normal aesthetic and do not affect functionality.
At Mostly 3D, we work hard to get your orders shipped quickly, securely, and affordably. Below are the details of our shipping policy for domestic U.S. orders.

Standard Shipping Rates (U.S. Only)

Orders under $100: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

Orders of $100 or more: Free standard shipping (automatically applied at checkout).

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing & Delivery Time

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Special Order lead times will be discussed during speical order process.

Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier

Additional shipping charges if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address
