Order Processing Time
All of our products are 3D printed in-house to order, which allows us to maintain high quality and customization. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Larger or bulk orders may require additional processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been printed, packed, and shipped.
Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class or Ground Advantage): 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 1–3 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available upon request (contact us before placing your order)
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options are under development—please contact us directly for inquiries.
Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Carrier selection may vary based on destination and service availability.
Packaging
Orders are packaged securely using protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Small accessories are included inside the main product or packed separately inside the shipping box, depending on product configuration.
Tracking and Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update after receiving your shipping notification.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Mostly 3D is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your tracking number shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We’ll do our best to assist with filing a claim or finding a resolution.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the package and item(s)
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at mostis3d@gmail.com
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or refund as needed.
Local Pickup (if applicable)
If you are located in the Indiana area and would like to request local pickup, please contact us prior to ordering. We are happy to coordinate safe pickup arrangements when possible.
